RockStar Gym is a one-stop Kids and Teens physical development center. We are one of the fastest growing Kids & Teens Gyms in Asia. Children experience fun activities while developing physical, emotional and social  skills in a safe and positive environment.  Through self-discovery and exploration, Kids and Teens aged 6 months to 16 years old build confidence and develop an appreciation for a healthy active lifestyle.  

RockStar Gym has extended the concept of Kids and Teens fitness exercise programs by offering attractive and complete facilities for Gymnastics, Ballet, Dance Martial Arts, Yoga, FunFit and Sports. Due to this, we are seeking young and energetic individuals to build 50 Gyms throughout Indonesia, Malaysia and The Philippines. We want to hire employees that are able to meet our students expectations.

Customer Service Representatif

Job Description:

- Providing a welcoming atmosphere to kids and parents at the gym.

- Responding to childrens’ and parents’ enquiries and feedbacks.

- Providing information to prospect regarding RockStar Gym, Membership, and actively contact prospect for membership sales.

- Implementing gym SOPs.

 

Requirement:

Instructor

Job Description:

- To teach and assist Gymnastics, Sports, Martial Arts, Dance, Ballet and Yoga & Fit.

- To conduct classes according to the schedule.

- To supervise and lead students in your class with control, enthusiasm, and safety precautions.

- To conduct Student Performance/ Rehearsal periodically.

- To maintain the cleanliness of yourself, your classes and your students.

- To take care of the students after classes end.

- To attend all meeting / training that required by company / your Manager to ensure that all class information & program are up-to-date.

- To assist your Manager and supervisor in ad-hoc tasks such as: attend performance, joint events with other company, etc.

 

Requirement:

- Fun.

Have good communication skill.

- Fluent in English would be advantage.

- At least 1 year experience.

- Have Gymnastic, Sports, Martial Arts, Dance, Ballet and Yoga experience.

Finance Officer

Job description :

- Prepare Journal Entry for daily transactions.

- Perform Bank reconciliation between ledger and documents.

- Process payment list, invoices, bills for payment.

- Dealing with purchasing, Issue Purchase Orders and oversee inventory.

- Verify and cross check vouchers with supporting documents (Invoice, PO, Purchase Request, Authorization, etc.)
 

Job Requirement :

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.

- Having more than 2 years experience in accounting field.

- Computer Skills, especially in MS. Office Application and Accounting software.

- English Fluency (Verbal and Written) is preferable.

- Trustworthy, high attention to details, and good team player.




Account Executive

Responsibilities:

The Account Executive will execute the overall account strategy for assigned accounts to generate business in the B2B market. 
Overall, the position is accountable for the following :

-   Execute sales strategy to achieve grow revenues from companies/institutions (B2B Market).

-   Retain, expand and grow account revenue of existing accounts through total account penetration, margin management and implementation of sales and marketing initiatives. 

-   Maintain current business relationships for new business within accounts.

-   Identify and aggressively solicit new accounts. 

-   Gain understanding of the target customer and service expectations; serve the customer by understanding their business, business issues and concerns, to offer better business solutions both prior to, and during the program/event.

-   Ensure an outstanding service delivery is maintained at every customer touch point, issues are resolved timely and to the customers’ 100% satisfaction.

-   Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, industry organizations and brand network to enable future bookings. Activities include sales calls, personal selling, presentation sales, exhibitions, trade shows, etc.

-   Act as the customer’s advocate through understanding account needs and opportunities. 

-   Develop a close working relationship with operations to ensure execution and implementations.

-   Executes and supports the operational aspects of business booked (e.g., generating proposal, writing contract, customer correspondence).

-   Conduct and coordinate site inspections, as required.

-   Effectively resolve customer’s issues that arise in the sales & execution process.

-   Perform other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs.


Requirements:

-   Fluent in Indonesian & English (min. score TOEFL 500) and have excellent communication skills (business presentation).

-   Have a minimum 1 year experience in B2B Marketing and Sales in, Hotel, Recreational Parks and Retail  industries.

-   Excellent problem-resolution skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

-   Flexible in responding to change or business needs.

-   Possess a good analytical thinking, detail oriented, and high energy level.

-   Minimum Diploma/Bachelor Degree from reputable Universities with minimum GPA 2,8.

-   Possess a good computer skill, especially in MS Office Application (Word, Excel, Power Point).




Database Engineer Staff

Job Description:

  • Design and development of databases to support application.
  • Development of reporting solutions through SSRS.
  • Modify databases and products according to client needs.
  • Working to create functional requirements.
  • Providing assistance to others in topics related to data management.
  • Designing and developing database architectures.
  • Assists in conducting needs analysis for the development of new system and/or the modification of existing systems.
  • Ensures production reports are accurate and delivered in timely manner.
  • Ensures the integrity and security of institutional data. 
  • Creates necessary technical and architectural documentation. 
  • Provide timely response and resolution of emergency production questions, issues, and defects.
  • Troubleshoots data issues, validates results sets, recommends and implements process improvements.
  • Actively identifies and participates in training, education and development activities to improve own knowledge and performance to sustain and enhance professional development.
  • Develops proactive working relationships with employees both inside and outside the team.
  • Helping superior in develop IT Department.
  • Do instructions assigned and given by superior.

 

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree(S1) related to Computer Science.
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to break down complex cross functional technical problem.
  • Inherently curios and energized by the challenges working Big Data.
  • Excellent query writing skill and communication skills.
  • Knowledge in SSIS, Business Intelligence, Reporting tools such as SSRS and SSAS.
  • Familiar with Microsoft environment.
  • Ability to work in an interrupt driven environment and easily move from task to task while maintaining overall productivity.
