RockStar Gym is a one-stop Kids and Teens physical development center. We are one of the fastest growing Kids & Teens Gyms in Asia. Children experience fun activities while developing physical, emotional and social  skills in a safe and positive environment.  Through self-discovery and exploration, Kids and Teens aged 6 months to 16 years old build confidence and develop an appreciation for a healthy active lifestyle.

Due to this, we are seeking young and energetic individuals to build 50 Gyms throughout Indonesia, Malaysia and The Philippines. Job Description:

  • Providing a welcoming atmosphere to kids and parents at the gym.

Instructor

Job Description:

  • To teach and assist Gymnastics, Sports, Martial Arts, Dance, Ballet and Yoga & Fit.
  • To conduct classes according to the schedule.
  • To supervise and lead students in your class with control, enthusiasm, and safety precautions.
  • To conduct Student Performance/ Rehearsal periodically.
  • To maintain the cleanliness of yourself, your classes and your students.
  • To take care of the students after classes end.
  • To attend all meeting / training that required by company / your Manager to ensure that all class information & program are up-to-date.
  • To assist your Manager and supervisor in ad-hoc tasks such as: attend performance, joint events with other company, etc.

Data Services

Job Description:

  • Checking the accuracy and verifying of data entered on Membership Agreements and other forms into Gym membership system on a timely basis.
  • Perform spot check in the system for accuracy of miscellaneous data, such as membership freeze, cancellation, personal coaching extension, and other requests.
  • Checking office stationary stock and inventory.
  • Preparing miscellaneous reports regarding membership data information, questionable deals, etc.
  • Communicate with Gym from time to time to follow up pending files or documents.
  • Attend all company meetings, trainings, and share applicable information with management and staff.
  • File all Agreements, Request Forms, supporting documents, and other forms.
  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, honesty, integrity and work ethics.

Requirement:

  • English minimum passive.

Student Life Management

Job Description:

  • Responsible for proactive relationship building with customers.
  • Handling customer inquiries both telephonically and by email.
  • Identifying, escalate priority issues, and resolve customer complaints and concerns by investigating problems.

Finance Officer

Job description :

  • Prepare Journal Entry for daily transactions.
  • Perform Bank reconciliation between ledger and documents.
  • Process payment list, invoices, bills for payment.
  • Dealing with purchasing, Issue Purchase Orders and oversee inventory.
  • Verify and cross check vouchers with supporting documents (Invoice, PO, Purchase Request, Authorization, etc.)

Job Requirement :

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
  • Having more than 2 years experience in accounting field.
  • Computer Skills, especially in MS. Office Application and Accounting software.
  • English Fluency (Verbal and Written) is preferable.
  • Trustworthy, high attention to details, and good team player.



Database Engineer Staff

Job Description:

  • Design and development of databases to support application.
  • Development of reporting solutions through SSRS.
  • Modify databases and products according to client needs.
  • Working to create functional requirements.
  • Providing assistance to others in topics related to data management.
  • Designing and developing database architectures.
  • Assists in conducting needs analysis for the development of new system and/or the modification of existing systems.

IT System Administrator

Job Description:

  • Engineering of SA-related solutions for various project and operational needs.
  • Install new/rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.
  • Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.
  • Contribute to and maintain system standards.
  • Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks. Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale.

Competitive Gymnastics Development Manager

RockStar Gym Asia’s fastest growing Kids and Teens Fitness Company is seeking an energetic and experienced Competitive Gymnastic Development Manager to responsible for delivering competitive program to all levels. We are looking for someone who is passionate about Competitive Gymnastic program and loves working with children 4 – 16 years old.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge and understanding of the Competitive gymnastic levels and child development
  • Experience teaching and coaching Competitive gymnastic (preferably USA Gymnastics Professional Member or equivalent). Other certificates are a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to adapt for RockStar Gym programs
  • High responsible, self-motivated and organized
  • Creating and Implementing different activities relevant to program

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Creating Lesson Plan for all competitive levels

Contemporary Ballet Instructor

RockStar Gym is an Asia’s fastest growing Kids and Teens Fitness Company currently is seeking an energetic and experienced Contemporary/Ballet Instructor for all levels. We are looking for someone who is passionate about Contemporary/Ballet program and loves working with children 4 – 16 years old.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge or/and experience at least 1-year in Contemporary/Ballet (preferably RAD but not necessary as training will be provided)
  • Contemporary/Ballet Certification or professional dance experience will be an advantage
  • Experience teaching children 4 – 16 years old
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to adapt for RockStar Gym programs
  • High responsible, self-motivated and organized

Strategic Partnership & Mall Relationship

Job Description:

  • To execute, iniate and maintain strategic partnership with mall managements and third party such as government institutions, private institutions and mass media based on integrated marketing strategy in order to establish and maintain a mutually beneficial business relationship.
  • To execute press releases and media coverage in order to ensure a positive and brand company’s image and increase awareness.
  • To develop a report on the progress of  strategic partnership and mall managements relationships based on the approved format, in order to ensure the availability of information and paperworks (contracts, agreement papers)
  • To conduct analysis on reports Strategic Partnership and Mall Relationship in order to provide accurate information as base for decision making.
  • To execute internal events (Recital, Rock Olympics, Ultimate Dance Competition, Gymnastics Awards, Performance and Competition Week) in order to improve customer retention (service) and customer’s loyalty towards the program & services.
