RockStar Gym is a one-stop Kids and Teens physical development center. We are one of the fastest growing Kids & Teens Gyms in Asia. Children experience fun activities while developing physical, emotional and social  skills in a safe and positive environment.  Through self-discovery and exploration, Kids and Teens aged 6 months to 16 years old build confidence and develop an appreciation for a healthy active lifestyle.  

RockStar Gym has extended the concept of Kids and Teens fitness exercise programs by offering attractive and complete facilities for Gymnastics, Ballet, Dance Martial Arts, Yoga, FunFit and Sports. Due to this, we are seeking young and energetic individuals to build 50 Gyms throughout Indonesia, Malaysia and The Philippines. We want to hire employees that are able to meet our students expectations.

Customer Service Representatif

Job Description:

  • Providing a welcoming atmosphere to kids and parents at the gym.
  • Responding to childrens’ and parents’ enquiries and feedbacks.
  • Providing information to prospect regarding RockStar Gym, Membership, and actively contact prospect for membership sales.
  • Implementing gym SOPs.

Instructor

Job Description:

  • To teach and assist Gymnastics, Sports, Martial Arts, Dance, Ballet and Yoga & Fit.
  • To conduct classes according to the schedule.
  • To supervise and lead students in your class with control, enthusiasm, and safety precautions.
  • To conduct Student Performance/ Rehearsal periodically.
  • To maintain the cleanliness of yourself, your classes and your students.
  • To take care of the students after classes end.
  • To attend all meeting / training that required by company / your Manager to ensure that all class information & program are up-to-date.
  • To assist your Manager and supervisor in ad-hoc tasks such as: attend performance, joint events with other company, etc.

Requirement:

Data Services

Job Description:

  • Checking the accuracy and verifying of data entered on Membership Agreements and other forms into Gym membership system on a timely basis.
  • Perform spot check in the system for accuracy of miscellaneous data, such as membership freeze, cancellation, personal coaching extension, and other requests.
  • Checking office stationary stock and inventory.
  • Preparing miscellaneous reports regarding membership data information, questionable deals, etc.
  • Communicate with Gym from time to time to follow up pending files or documents.
  • Attend all company meetings, trainings, and share applicable information with management and staff.
  • File all Agreements, Request Forms, supporting documents, and other forms.
  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, honesty, integrity and work ethics.

Requirement:

  • English minimum passive.
  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor Degree from reputable Universities with minimum GPA 2,8.
  • Expert in Computer Skills, Especially in MS Office Application (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Good analytical thinking, detail oriented, and high energy level.
  • Love challenge, good interpersonal skills, honest, hard worker, high pace and high endurance.
  • Experience in Data Entry/Checking/Verification will be an advantage.



IT Technical Support Officer

Job Description:

  • Monitor & maintain the computer systems, application and network.
  • Install & configure computer systems, network and application.
  • Diagnose Hardware and software problems, provide analysis and solutions.
  • Support the roll-out of new systems and application.
  • Monitoring and tuning systems performance.
  • Perform the creation or updates of users accounts and profiles.
  • Provide technical support to end users.
  • Making documentation of works and systems.
  • Coordinate with third parties or other internal IT resource whenever necessary to solve technical, application, or network issues.

Requirement:

  • Graduate from Information Technology or Electrical Engineering major in computer reputable university.
  • At least min 2 years of working in IT support and function.
  • Experienced in MS. Windows Server (Especially MS. Windows Server 2008 & 2012), Networking.
  • Having additional knowledge on Firewall, Anti-Virus and Linux would be advantages.
  • Having positive mental attitude, self-driven, self-leaderships, result oriented & teachable.
  • Having good interpersonal & communication skill.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.



Student Life Management

Job Description:

  • Responsible for proactive relationship building with customers.
  • Handling customer inquiries both telephonically and by email.
  • Identifying, escalate priority issues, and resolve customer complaints and concerns by investigating problems.
  • Completing call logs and produce call reports.
  • Attend all company meetings, trainings, and share applicable information with management and staff.
  • Filing Incident Reports documents.
  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, honesty, integrity and work ethics.

Requirement:

  • Male/Female, age from 22 - 30 years old.
  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor Degree from reputable Universities with minimum GPA 2,8.

  • English minimum passive and has excellent communication skills.
  • Experience minimum 1 year in a call center environment (Inbound/Outbound).

Finance Officer

Job description :

  • Prepare Journal Entry for daily transactions.
  • Perform Bank reconciliation between ledger and documents.
  • Process payment list, invoices, bills for payment.
  • Dealing with purchasing, Issue Purchase Orders and oversee inventory.
  • Verify and cross check vouchers with supporting documents (Invoice, PO, Purchase Request, Authorization, etc.)

Job Requirement :

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
  • Having more than 2 years experience in accounting field.
  • Computer Skills, especially in MS. Office Application and Accounting software.
  • English Fluency (Verbal and Written) is preferable.
  • Trustworthy, high attention to details, and good team player.



Database Engineer Staff

Job Description:

  • Design and development of databases to support application.
  • Development of reporting solutions through SSRS.
  • Modify databases and products according to client needs.
  • Working to create functional requirements.
  • Providing assistance to others in topics related to data management.
  • Designing and developing database architectures.
  • Assists in conducting needs analysis for the development of new system and/or the modification of existing systems.
  • Ensures production reports are accurate and delivered in timely manner.
  • Ensures the integrity and security of institutional data. 
  • Creates necessary technical and architectural documentation. 
  • Provide timely response and resolution of emergency production questions, issues, and defects.

IT System Administrator

Job Description:

  • Engineering of SA-related solutions for various project and operational needs.
  • Install new/rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.
  • Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.
  • Contribute to and maintain system standards.
  • Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks. Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale.

  • Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.
  • Responsible for security and software related to it.
  • Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or disks are created, and media is recycled and sent off site as necessary.
  • Perform regular file archival and purge as necessary.
  • Create, change, and delete user accounts per request.
  • Provide Tier III/other support per request from various constituencies.  Investigate and troubleshoot issues.
  • Repair and recover from hardware or software failures.  Coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies.
  • Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure / add new services as necessary.
  • Develops procedures to maintain security and protect systems from unauthorized use, acts of nature and user abuse.
  • Maintain operational, configuration, or other procedures.
  • Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning.
  • Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required. Configure CPU, memory, and disk partitions as required.
  • Maintain data centre environmental and monitoring equipment.

Requirement:

  • Have a Bachelor’s Degree(S1) of Computer Science/Information Technology.
  • CCNA Routing & Switching Certified – Associate.
  • Experience in server and infrastructure field minimum 2 years.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft environment is required (Active Directory, Exchange, etc).
  • Good knowledge of Kaspersky is required.
  • Eager to learn and study new technology.
